Valet Parking service and personal assistant
With the Valet parking service, offered by the partner Sixt or one2one valet parking, your flight journey starts exceptionally. In the First Class Terminal in Frankfurt and at a special stand in Munich, Lufthansa offers valet parking, airport welcome. At Frankfurt Airport, when you arrive at the First Class Terminal or the First Class lounge, an assistant will be waiting for you to take care of all travel formalities and accompany you along the way.
Also after landing in Frankfurt and Munich, you will be accompanied by an assistant with baggage reclaim and possibly immigration control.
If you are traveling in transit, you will be informed about the next gate and airport lounges. If you want to connect a Lufthansa or SWISS intercontinental flight with a Lufthansa Private Jet flight, you will be provided with a chauffeur service between the lounge and the private jet.
Lufthansa First Class Terminal
Lufthansa in Frankfurt has released a First Class Terminal, which is exclusive and everything in it has a calming and relaxing effect on the passenger. Comfortable armchairs, rich gastronomic offer, Cigar Lounge – a relaxation zone and office workstations. While working, you can use Wi-Fi, fax or telephone calls within Germany. At the reception desk, a personal assistant will take care of all formalities, you can also use rooms with beds for rest. In addition, you can invite an accompanying person to the First Class Terminal. The First Class Terminal is open daily from 5:30a.m. to 10p.m.
Lufthansa Private Jet
Lufthansa Private Jet is the possibility of charter a private plane, the offer includes flights to over 1000 destinations around the world. In cooperation with NetJets, Lufthansa offers Embraer Phenom 300, Cessna Citation Excel / XLS and Dassault Falcon 2000 / 2000EX aircraft.
First Class Business Lounges
In cities such as Frankfurt, Zurich, Geneva, Vienna, Tokyo-Narita and New York, you can enjoy First Class amenities or relax in the lounge. In Switzerland, SWISS or Lufthansa First Class travelers can relax in the lounges where they experience genuine Swiss hospitality. In Vienna, travelers can use the Austrian Star Alliance Terminal on level 02. It offers separate security checkpoints and a Fast Lane crossing. First Class passengers can also use HON Circle Lounges, both in the Schengen and Non-Schengen zones. At New York JFK Airport, Lufthansa First Class passengers can use the Senator and Business Lounge.
